Based in Margaux, in the heart of Bordeaux's vineyards, Gaëlle Benoiste-Pilloire has worked with many of the region's most prestigious wine properties for over 15 years, creating delicious food and wine pairings.

She now passes on her experience and culinary skills through cookery classes and a table d'hôte.
